MICAlign server takes inputs from a sequence and a template structure. The alignment algorithm incorporates multiple sources of information into a conditional random field model. The output of MICAlign is the sequence-to-structure alignment which can be fed into modelling tools such as MODELLER.
    1. Paste your template structure in PDB format here: (Example)
Or upload your structure file (PDB format required):
Optionally, upload the PDB files of structures with similar topologies of the above template structure in zip format: (Example)
Optionally, paste your structure-based alignments between the above structures and the target template in FASTA format here (The alignments will be generated by TMalign if not provided): (Example)
    2. Paste query protein sequence in FASTA format here: (Example)
Or upload your sequence file (FASTA format required):
Optionally, paste your sequence alignment related to the above query sequence in FASTA format here: (Example)
    3. Email (optional, notification when results are ready)
    Notice:
    1. calculation time will be several minutes
    2. please enter a single sequence-structure pair each time [help]
