Introduction:

couple-subloc is a prediction system for protein subcellular localization based on amino acid composition alone.

Support Vector Machine (SVM) method and k-couple are used in SubLoc

couple-subloc predicts locations of prokaryotic and eukaryotic sequences separately.

This predictor locates eukaryotic proteins to 3 locations:extracellular,periplasmic or nuclear.

Eukaryotic sequences prediction(4)

This predictor locates eukaryotic proteins to 4 locations:extracellular,cytoplasmic,mitochondrial or nuclear.

Eukaryotic sequences prediction(8)

This predictor locates eukaryotic proteins to 8 locations:chloroplast,cytoplasm,extracellular,golgi apparatus,lysosome,mitochondria,nucleus,or peroxisome.
