The server provides two options for submitting the query sequence. The user can either paste sequences in the provided text erea or upload the local sequence files. Entering of multiple sequences in the text area is allowed. Amino acid sequences must be conformed to the FASTA format. White spaces, blank lines and all other non standard characters will be ignored from the sequence. A sample of submission form with labeled fields is shown below.
